Rapper Megaloh and his compagnon DJ Ghanaian Stallion form together with the rapper Musa BSMG. The name stands for "Brüder schaffen mehr gemeinsam" (brothers create more together).
On 22.09. their new album "Platz an der Sonne" was released. The songs are about identity, cultural heritage, diaspora and home. Megaloh and Musa also deal with everyday racism in Germany. Above all, however, they show systematically where racism comes from, how the exuberant structures created in 500 years of colonial history still influence the world scene. BSMG confronts this with a new form of black superheroism. The songs stand for a long search for answers and establish a new self-understanding of African identity. Without pointing the finger, without compromise.
Presented by the Goethe Institute, Megaloh and DJ Ghanaian Stallion perform in Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Democratic Republic of the Congo and Kenya.
