Discussion Root Fellowship: A Talent and its Power

It is a well-known fact that talents do not only offer the opportunity to develop a child’s personality and strengthen its self-confidence, but also have the power to change its life.
Every child has got individual skills which are the expression of inner believe and trust in themselves. These inborn abilities cause the variety of today’s rwandan society and remind us of the responsibility we need to take for our children.
What else gives children the chance to a self-initiated and positive change in their lifes? What can organizations  and schools do to support a child’s talent and create a fulfilled childhood? And how should our society act to facilitate the optimum use of individual potentials?
