Dear colleagues, partners and friends of the Goethe-Institut Kigali,
The new year begins with changes at the Goethe-Institut Kigali.
In the last newsletter, the previous director Katharina Hey said goodbye to Kigali after five very successful years and the new director of the institute Anisha Soff will start work in July. Until she comes to Kigali, I, Regina Sarreiter, will take over for the next six months.
So far, I have been at the Goethe-Institut headquarters in Munich in the Visual Arts Department, working on the topics of colonial heritage and museum practice.
I am looking forward to intensive and inspiring months and to continuing the great work of Katharina Hey and the team at the Goethe-Institut as well as preparing a good start for Anisha Soff.
