It’s summer in the rural Brandenburg. Markus is torn between his love for his grandmother and his longing for a new life in Berlin. In his daydreams, he sees shimmering fairies who promise to free him from his loneliness. But with his bags already packed for the big city, things become complicated as he finds himself falling in love with Duc.
