Whether you are at home, work or university - all you need for the online studies is a computer or notebook with internet connection. Many exercises can also be done on your smartphone.
Your teacher will be available to answer your questions by e-mail, chat, forum or in person during your lessons at the Goethe-Institut. You will also receive regular feedback about your online assignments to ensure that you are on track with your studies.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Fees are payable in full on enrolment and before commencement of the course, no later than the specified payment deadline. At the moment, we accept payment via bank transfer only.
Failure to make timely payment will result in loss of place in the course without further notice.
Unless stated otherwise, books must be purchased separately. Blended Learning Courses include the teaching material on our learning platform.
The contractually binding fee is the fee stated on the website of Goethe-Institut Singapore.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations up to five working days (Mon-Fri) before the start of a course are free of charge. Thereafter, no refund of course fees can be given on intensive courses, and a refund of course fees less an administrative fee of S$ 70 will be given on extensive courses up until the end of the first course week. Students should please consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The date of cancellation shall be the date of receipt at the Goethe-Institut Singapore.
Course fees cannot be transferred to another term or another person, be it in full or in part.
In order to achieve active engagement amongst course participants, all our courses require a minimum of 8 students for our standard group courses and a minimum of 6 students for our intensive group courses. In the event that these minimum numbers are not fulfilled, the Goethe-institute reserves the right to cancel affected courses and a full refund will be granted for payment made.
CHANGE OF COURSE
Transfers to another course level can be considered after the first course day, one time only and after consultation with your teacher and the Language Office.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our courses are designed for adult learners (age 16+).
The maximum number of participants for standard and intensive courses is 12.
Please note that special conditions apply for young learners’ courses, one-to-one and small group tuition, corporate courses and examinations.
There will be make-up sessions for public holidays as per in-class arrangement.
GOETHE-INSTITUT LIABILITY / FORCE MAJEURE
The liability of the Goethe-Institut and its employees is limited to intent and gross negligence. The Goethe-Institut is also not liable for disruption to its services due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, fire, flood, war, official orders and all other circumstances beyond the control of the contract parties).
When an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of Goethe Institut such as a war, strike, riot, crime, epidemic or an event described by the legal term act of God (hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.), we are subjected to offer course adjustments (e.g. room or schedule adjustments).
