INFORMATION: COVID-19

In line with the latest announcements by Singapore government bodies, the Goethe-Institut Singapore is open to visitors from 10 January 2022Childrens’ and Teen courses are conducted on-site at the institute. Adult language courses continue with 50% physical classes at the institute (virtual attendance is possible) and 50% online self-study on our proprietary learning platform. Exams are conducted on-site at the institute.

German Language Courses

Examinations

We offer German exams on site in compliance with SafeEntry and social distancing rules. We will inform you immediately if exams have to be cancelled due to government directives. Dates & Registration For any questions please contact us by email: exams-singapore@goethe.de

Digital Library - Onleihe

Library services have been suspended until further notice. Your borrowed items will be renewed and no late fees will be charged. We are looking forward to welcoming you again in a brand new space soon. We apologise for the inconvenience.

More than 35,000 German-language e-books, audio books, films, materials for German students, magazines and newspapers are available for download in our eLibrary, Onleihe. Register and activate the service to use it on a computer or on mobile devices.

The health, safety and well-being of our staff, students and visitors is our top priority. We are adhering to the safe management measures stipulated by the local authorities and monitoring the situation very closely, using appropriate health and safety protocols.

Visitors/students who are unwell, have flu-like symptoms or who have household members on Home Quarantine Order/Stay Home Notice/Leave of Absence shall not come to the Goethe-Institut.
