Module 2: Confident negotiations

With us, your employees will develop specific language skills and impress your customers with a confident approach. Can be included in the standard course. Your employees will learn how to present specific content, how to put arguments forward, to explain, convince and thereby negotiate the best deal for your company. 2 weeks 4 lessons x 45 minutes max 12 participants from level B2

Module 3: Informal communication in everyday office talk (small talk)

With us, your employees will develop specific language skills and impress your customers with a confident approach. Can be included in the standard course. Your employees train fixed expressions and vocabulary used when communicating with their colleagues and superiors by phone or email, at workplace or during breaks and will act competently in a German speaking working environment. 2 weeks 3 lessons x 45 minutes max 12 participants from level A2

Module 4: Make contacts with confidence

With us, your employees will develop specific language skills and impress your customers with a confident approach. Can be included in the standard course. Your employees learn to contact people, introduce themselves and others, hold small talk on various topics and exchange information and thus make more use of events for themselves and their network! 4 weeks 2 lessons max 12 participants from level A1/A2

Module 5: Maintaining written contacts

With us, your employees will develop specific language skills and impress your customers with a confident approach. Can be included in the standard course. Maintaining contacts after events and meetings: thanking for tips or materials received, reviewing an event, recommending or mediating contacts, sending promised information to new contacts and thus make the most out of business meetings. 2 weeks 6 lessons x 45 minutes max 12 participants from level A1/A2
