MAWAZO NA HISIA / THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS
Responsive states to what we face, meet, see, exist amongst us. To what touched us.
We are disturbed more by our thoughts and feelings than by what physically happened to us that triggered those thoughts and feelings. Them being positive or negative.
One phrase from someone, one incident that lasted for a minute or two, can have a lasting effect for many months later in our thoughts and feelings.
How our lives are touched and wrecked or healed right now, is as how our thoughts and feelings reflect. We are our thoughts and feelings.
This exhibition is how I think and feel as of now and what our lives are through them.
