Das Programm des Kurzfilmfestivals soll das gegenseitige Verständnis und die Vertrautheit zwischen verschiedenen Kulturen fördern. Jeden Abend folgt eine Diskussion auf die vorgeführten Filme, die sich damit befasst, wie das jeweilige Thema im Film behandelt wurde.
