Career Day Germany
Goethe-Institut Boston und MIT
Central Campus MIT
Find out more about opportunities for studying and working in Germany! The Goethe-Institut Boston, together with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and other partners, showcases excellent opportunities for German speakers in Germany as well as in the U.S.
We invite teachers and students of high schools, colleges and universities to our annual Career Day on Friday, November 3. Representatives from German universities, foundations, exchange organizations, companies and the German Consulate will present career options and show how you can succeed with German. The participating students explore options for career paths, professional training, German university degree programs without tuition fees, scholarships, and apprenticeships in Germany and in the USA.
The program for high school students will take place in the morning between 9 am and 1 pm. Students of colleges and universities are welcome to participate in our afternoon program between 2 pm and 4 pm.
Participation is free and we offer a limited number of grants for high schools, up to 250 USD per grant, to subsidize the transportation costs for school group field-trips (the grants are awarded on first come first serve basis).
Please register before Oct. 16th by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
