Answers to the most important questions


Our new fall language courses will be starting September 14 and we will be offering a wide range of courses: standard and intensive blended courses. Also, Deutsch Online Group Courses with fewer virtual meetings. All fall courses will be held online.



 

Exams originally scheduled for June 2020 have been cancelled. Please email germancourses-newyork@goethe.de  immediately to discuss rebooking or refund options.

For TestDaF or TestAS bookings, please contact the TestDaF-Institut​ for rebooking and cancellation options.

Bookings for our courses can generally be cancelled free of charge until the end of the second week of classes (first week for five-week intensive courses). After this period, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact germancourses-newyork@goethe.de with any questions.

 

Bookings for the Goethe-Zertifikat exams in June can be rebooked free of charge to any other exam date in 2020.

All materials currently out on loan will be automatically renewed. As both our institute and our building are currently closed, please refrain from trying to return items in person or by mail.
