Over the last decade, German style board games have revolutionized the gaming world. The coveted Spiel des Jahres award, awarded annually by a German-speaking jury, has produced such hits as Settlers of Catan, which has accrued legions of fans on both sides of the Atlantic. Come join the Goethe-Institut New York for an evening of fun and friendly competition as we play modern tabletop classics including Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride and Dixit. Speak a little German? We'll also set aside table or two for those who want to play in German.
