Information for Teachers of German
Teachers are not born, they are made goes the famous saying, but what does it take to become a good teacher? The challenges that early career faculty face in the foreign language classroom are many: Keeping up and advancing pedagogical skills, having few on-site mentors to turn to when questions or problems arise, experiencing classroom observations by colleagues as somewhat uncomfortable, to name just a few. Additionally, navigating continuing education while teaching full time may feel rather daunting.
One-on-one counseling and guidance from a Goethe-Institut trained coach allows you to get the professional support you need: at your own pace, within your familiar environment. Impartial, compassionate and active listeners, our coaches train exclusively in German, which is an added benefit to the optimized performance and increased self-confidence.
Your students will feel the difference!
