Director of Language Programs

The Goethe-Institut Boston seeks a dynamic administrative leader with extensive experience in teaching and developing German language curriculum for the position of Director of Language Programs. The Director is responsible for the oversight and professional development of instructors, curriculum for language courses, and the planning and development of partnerships with schools and universities in the New England region. Required skill-sets include budgeting, project management, curricular planning, and human resources.

GRÜNES DIPLOM ― Teach German at the Goethe-Institut

In its efforts to expand its language course offerings, the Goethe-Institut USA is looking for college/university graduates who are interested in becoming certified as an instructor of German as a Foreign Language (DaF – Deutsch als Fremdsprache). The Goethe-Institut Boston is offering a continuing education program for this certification. The Grünes Diplom is the worldwide standardized certification for DaF instructors at Goethe-Institut locations abroad.
