Reflections on a post-corona-time
DAY-AFTERTHOUGHTS- Reflections on a post-corona-time

A virus is showing us how globally networked and yet how fragile our public life is. What does the pandemic mean to and for each of us and for society as a whole?

Here are some responses from intellectuals and artists around the world with regard to our present predicament and what lies in store for us afterwards.

QuaRANTine Choir (c)Wiley Hoard

QuaRANTine Choir

QuaRANTine Choir is a growing compilation of commissioned audio works by an international group of artists from various backgrounds. It is dedicated to the rant as an artistic format, motivated by feminist and queer perspectives. We understand the series as a scattered yet collective choir, that is delayed only by time and distance.

International Livestreams

Kulturama brings international culture into your living room: house concerts live from Buenos Aires, puppet theatre from the kitchen or live acts from the Berlin club scene. Organisers enter their events and open them to international audiences. Spectators can find dates and support artists with donations. Together and in solidarity through this time.

Time to listen

The current situation has forced many people around the world to stay at home and follow the news. In this isolation they hear the news of a global crisis and threat. As in Boccaccio's “Il Decamerone” and many other myths and books of other cultures, the description of the disaster is followed by stories. The project “Time to listen” presents a collection of stories - told by storytellers from all genres of art, from all over the world.
