Presentation + Book Signing
TICKETS: Lecture and Book Signing | Drawn Visions with Sergei Tchoban
Presented in cooperation with the A+D Museum, The Tchoban Foundation, and the Goethe-Institut as part of a series of events celebrating the 50th anniversary of the sister-city partnership between Berlin and Los Angeles.
As part of the solo exhibition,
Sergei Tchoban Architectural Drawings, Sergei Tchoban will present an afternoon lecture entitled
Drawn Visions followed by a book signing of his monograph Sergei Tchoban Architecture Drawings.
The exhibition presents design sketches, imaginary travel studies and architectural fantasies depicting the contrasty dialogue between the historical and contemporary architecture. The exhibition opening reception begins at 7pm at the A+D Museum and is on view until 8th of January 2018.
The exhibition is curated by Dr. Dora Epstein Jones and Esenija Bannan
Sergei Tchoban is a Russian-German architect and draftsman, whose work has been recognized worldwide and is the founder of the Museum for Architectural Drawing in Berlin.
