DEATH LOLZ Presents...
Utilizing the exhibition as a “space of dramatization”, London-based artist Dan Mitchell has re-purposed the gallery at MINI/Goethe-Institut Curatorial Residencies Ludlow 38 into an event space that will host a publication launch as well as a series of weekly performances by artists, musicians, and comedians investigating the psychological effects of recent political events.

The Lost Years of German Cinema: 1949–1963
This 13-film series co-presented with the Film Society of Lincoln Center showcases under-appreciated and rediscovered gems from the postwar era, featuring established masters (like Fritz Lang and Robert Siodmak) returning to Germany to conclude their careers, foreign directors passing through, and under-recognized talents (such as Helmut Käutner) reinventing the genre film.
