On First Friday, February 1st, we kick off the opening of our
Pop Up Library – a space for reading, studying, and discussion. Escape the Midwest winter and come inside to look through our reading selection while warming up with a drink from our artisan tea bar. On our shelves you’ll find many books from German authors available in English and German as well as up-to-date periodicals from Germany.
Find an armchair and crack open a book in our space or borrow any of our reading materials to take home for up to four weeks free of charge.
Violinists Stanley Kuo and Yi-Miao Huang will be here with us to perform duets from Mozart and Telemann throughout the evening.
