Please join us for the official opening of the Holocaust remembrance project
LEST WE FORGET by Luigi Toscano at the Memorial Courtyard at the National WWI Museum and Memorial on September 20th at 12:00 pm.
Local Holocaust survivors with their families will be in attendance, along with the project’s creator Luigi Toscano. Guest speakers will include local and international governmental representatives, community leaders, and other honored guests.
LEST WE FORGET’s exhibition in Kansas City will be its first in the Midwest after being presented in Washington D.C. (Lincoln Memorial), New York City (UNO), San Francisco (Civic Center), and other cities in the U.S. and worldwide.
