Interview with Ms. Thuy Pham
Vocational Training | Educator
Mrs. Thuy loves children and is therefore eager to work with little ones professionally. She traveled to Germany as an au pair in 2015. During her one-year stay with a German host family, she inquired about training as a preschool educator and even obtained got a traineeship position at the August-Vetter Vocational College in Bocholt.
Unfortunately, her residence permit expired before she could start her training and she had to return to Vietnam. But she did not give up and continued to try to find an apprenticeship and apply for a visa - with success: In September 2017, she was started her training in Germany. Her dream came true: She became an early childhood educator and is currently working at the Wuppkids preschool in Wuppertal.
