Interview with Mr. Hoai Le

Hoai Le is currently pursuing an apprenticeship in Frankfurt am Main. Before coming to Germany, he studied at the University of Transportation and worked in a variety of different professions. His great passion, though, has always been cooking, which inspired Hoai to leave everything behind to pursue vocational training as a chef. Hoai chose Germany as the place to make his passion his profession, travel, and meet new people, cultures, and cuisines. He is getting his credentials in Germany because German degrees are recognized throughout the EU, which will afford Hoai the opportunity to work not only in Germany, but also in other European countries. February 2020 marks an important turning point in Hoai’s life: He went on the first international trip of his life: to Germany. A new adventure began with many challenging as well as interesting new experiences.
