Lunga Mampangashe

Lunga Mampangashe was born on the 2nd of December 1982, he has passed his matric in 2001 at Fundani High School, Did National Diploma in Marketing at Border Technikon that is now known as WSU University. 
 
Lunga Mampangashe is from Phakamisa, currently staying in Bisho, been permanently working for the SABC since 2014.  Lunga Mampangashe well known as HOOBA a co-founding member of the legendary Xhosa Hip Hop Crew Iintloko Zeenyoka. A Hip Hop artist who started Rapping early 90`s achieved a number of awards as he was growing up also won couple of competitions and talent shows.. 
 
HOOBA is one of EC's finest rappers, doing the Ubuntu raps mainly in Xhosa language focusing on edutaining the youth and young adults. He is a founding director of LMH MUSIC ZA an independent record label based in Eastern Cape. 

HOOBA shared the stage with Jassiel Brothers, Loyiso Bala, Zahara, JR and Berita to mention few. He is a very good lyricist, an event organizer, producer, Ubuntu Culture Activist, entrepreneur and an actor.
