German Literature Lecture: 19H00
Hans-Jörg Knobloch is a Bertolt Brecht expert. He has presented papers on the author at esteemed institutions such as Harvard and Nehru University, was the Bertolt Brecht visiting professor at Augsburg University and has written extensively on Brecht’s works. In this lecture, Knobloch will attempt to separate Brecht the man and poet from the myths and legends which surround him.
