Prof. em. of International and Comparative Law (Unisa), Dr. André Thomashausen, has actively contributed to constitution making in Namibia, Mozambique, Angola, Central African Republic, and Portugal. In the 1980s he co-authored, with Professor Ian Brownlie, the Treaty for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, Africa’s largest water transfer scheme.
