Plot:
Elderly Swede Pettersson, farmer and inventor, lives alone, with his pets, in a lonely but idyllic area. One day, his neighbour forces upon him a small tomcat found in the forest. When the little animal suddenly begins to speak, Pettersson's life is turned upside down. Now he’s no longer alone. His sometimes high-spirited, sometimes highly sensitive little friend makes for some surprising adventures and he learns that joy shared is twice the joy.
