Through a series of decentralized public events with panel discussions, exhibitions, participatory creative workshops, and culinary experiences, the project aims to raise awareness of the inequalities embedded in food production and distribution and the importance of promoting sustainable and traditional food practices for a juster and more sustainable food system.

Food systems are central to not only a functioning society, but also cultural identity, economic resilience, and environmental sustainability. Food systems are key to healthy community structures and well-being and are therefore also sites of resistance and activism. The current corporate food systems are sites of deep inequality, shaped by colonial legacies, corporate monopolies, and challenges in the suitability and implementation of policy.

This project aims to respond to these challenges by creating inclusive cultural spaces where diverse voices can engage in dialogue, share knowledge, and co-create solutions.
