Programme Launch – Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso
The West Africa component of Africa–Europe Partnerships for Culture (2025–2028) connects 15 countries with the European Union to strengthen regional networks and internationalise the festival sector. The launch in Ouagadougou marked the beginning of new collaborations between artists, festivals, and cultural actors.
