On January 27, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., a networking event for creative industry organisations will take place at the Erinevate Tubade Klubi, Tallinn.

The event will bring together creative industry specialists and organisations to exchange ideas, establish contacts, and find new opportunities for cooperation. The event will showcase inspiring project examples, emphasizing cross-border cooperation and innovative approaches in the creative field.

14:10 Introduction to the EUSBSR PA Culture framework and international projects:

• “Arts on Prescription”, which helps government agencies, cultural and healthcare institutions to involve people with mental health problems in social and non-therapeutic art activities. The project will be presented by Marta Ciesielska from Poland, from the Regional Cooperation and Tourism Department of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
• “GreenCCIrcle”, aims to empower Cultural and Creative Industries  to tackle climate change by developing a comprehensive support scheme. The project will be presented by Silja Suntola, South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences - XAMK.

14.40 Panel: “Opportunities and challenges for the creative industries in the Baltic Sea region.” Marta Ciesielska, Silja Suntola, Rolands Rorbahs (Danish Cultural Institute)

15.30 Tiiu Allikmäe (Creative Estonia) will present the opportunities offered by CREATIVE EUROPE and Culture Moves Europe, the EU mobility program for artists and cultural workers.

15:45 Presentation of the Liepaja 2027 European Capital of Culture programme by Anna Priedola and programme partner Kristaps Puķītis (Dirty Deal Audio / Tālu skan).

16:15 Panel: “Ideas in incubators. The European Capital of Culture format as a regional incubator.” Dr Monika Klein (Prezes Stowarzyszenia Media Dizajn), Anna Priedola (Liepaja 2027), Annela Laaneots (European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024)
