On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Hannah Arendt’s death on December 4, 2025, we warmly invite you to a special online workshop.
Together with our colleagues from Zeitgeister. The Cultural Magazine of the Goethe-Institut, who have created a fascinating Hannah Arendt dossier, we will explore her life, thought, and enduring relevance.
The workshop will feature an interview with the Zeitgeister team, offering inspiring insights into the making and content of the dossier. In addition, we will present and collaboratively develop practical teaching materials for German as a Foreign Language (GfL), helping you bring Arendt’s ideas vividly and accessibly into your classroom.

This workshop is aimed at teachers, students, and anyone interested in discovering or deepening their understanding of Hannah Arendt’s work while gaining fresh inspiration for their own teaching and learning.
