Description
Carnival, Fasching - in Germany there is a tradition of dressing up at this time of year. This is primarily meant to be fun and can be a fantasy figure or another identity - a king or queen, a soccer star or a monster. But there is a growing awareness that costumes should not reinforce racial stereotypes or exclude minorities.
