Description

Stuttgart in August 1989. A simple ticket check in the streetcar triggers a tragedy: Frederic Otomo, an asylum seeker, is detained on a streetcar during a ticket check and panics. When he is confronted on a bridge a few hours later, he stabs two police officers, injures three others and is shot by one of the officers. The largely fictional film reconstructs the events based on an authentic case.
