We are Traveling to the North of Germany

Virtual Trip to Hamburg and Bremen

On 29 February at 10 am and 5 pm CET, we will be travelling to Hamburg and Bremen together with the Welcome Coaches from the Goethe-Institut, the Hamburg Welcome Center and Bremen Invest. Get to know two of Germany's most famous northern cities: their cuisine, history, career opportunities and contacts.

You can now find updated information on initial orientation in Germany in the new “Mein Deutschlandheft”. The topics are first steps in Germany, getting a job, finance, family life, leisure time and finding help. The content is in German from A1 level.

German Teachers' Conference GETVICO24

The virtual German teachers‘ conference GETVICO24 takes you around the world in 24 hours on 6 June. The motto of this year is “German moves/is on the move”. German teachers can make a personal contribution with a lecture or a workshop. Ideas, workshops and abstracts can be submitted until 15 March.
