Aluminum in a Self-Experiment

Aluminum has a reputation for being harmful, which is why consumer advocates for example advise against aluminum-containing deodorant and aluminum foil in contact with food. Under the supervision of the occupational physician, Professor Hans Drexler, our two hosts do an experiment of several weeks with very high aluminum exposure, as well as complete avoidance. The results are astonishing, even for the scientist, and we as consumers can take a lot away from the experiment for our everyday lives.
