“ … there’s got to be music! Wherever you are” – Step into German with Wincent Weiss

We had a great music contest with many submissions from across North America. Many thanks to all of those from all corners of the world who took part in the voting process. We are impressed with the many creative and imaginative videos that you sent to us. It was not an easy decision, but we hope that you had fun shooting your videos and watching other students’ videos.

Many thanks to all of those who took part and voted on our Step into German and Facebook pages.

Here are the winners:

1st place Congratulations to Greta, Zoe, Finn, Catrina and their German teacher Cynthia Hogdon from Conval High School in Peterborough, NH!

They created this great video and won a trip for two people to travel to Germany this summer to experience Wincent Weiss live in concert at the Kapfenberg Castle in Lauchheim.

And a huge round of applause as well for the 2nd – 5th place winners:

2nd Place Congratulations to Isabella and her German teacher Antje Peterie from Milikan High School in Long Beach, CA.

3rd Place Congratulations to Ethan and his German teacher Brittany Elsen from New Prague High School in New Prague, MN.

4th Place Congratulations to Milca, Vania and their German teacher José Luis Galarza Battala from the  UAEH Preparatory School #2 in Tulancingo de Bravo, Mexico.

5th Place Congratulations to Hannah and her German teacher Peggy Lucero from Kenmore East High School in Tonawanda, NY.
