Closing times at May bank holiday

The Goethe-Institut Glasgow will be closed all day on Monday, May 6 due to a public holiday. The institute will be closed until 2pm on Tuesday, May 7th for staff training. Language course inquiries, however,  can still be made by telephone throughout the day to T: +44 20 75964004.

The Goethe-Institut Glasgow organises and supports a broad spectrum of cultural events. It provides a stage in Scotland for the German art scene and for intercultural exchanges.

Our language department offers German language courses & exams, as well as workshops and seminars for teachers of German.

The library and information centre of the Goethe-Institut Glasgow serves as a resource for those interested in contemporary Germany, and for those interested in teaching and studying German as a foreign language with an extensive stock of print and audiovisual media. In addition, we offer 2 computers for individual access to the internet for research purposes.
