Concept
Trainers in the Trainer Network Central are active and committed German teachers at all levels and school types who are willing to share their methodological expertise with their colleagues in order to support as many German teachers as possible (=“Multiplikatorenworkshops”). These teachers are regularly trained in weekend seminars offered by the Goethe-Institut Chicago (=“Trainerseminare”) to help them plan and conduct Multiplikatorenworkshops.
Responsibility
The Trainer Network Central is coordinated by the Goethe-Institut Chicago. It supports the German teachers and strengthens German programs in 19 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
