Music in May

The month of May treated us to a variety of music events: Alongside the Halabja music festival, the Khani concert with Dana Muhedin and Riyad Osman in Sulaymaniyah, and the Jinda concert in Erbil, a masterclass took place for musicians and conductors from Baghdad and Sulaymaniyah, facilitated by the conductors and composers Hans Rotman and Lorenzo Ghirlanda. The masterclass placed particular emphasis on group improvisation and communication within the orchestra.
