Kenyan dancer and choreographer Jack Bryton in collaboration with Jared Onyango of Waridi Projects Nairobi will hold a dance workshop to connect and bring together creatives who are willing to learn and share their own experience in dance and movement. The workshop will be taught by Jack Bryton and guest dancer and choreographer Sunday Israel Akpan from Nigeria.

Jack Bryton went through a 3-year dance study under Dance Forum Nairobi. He recently participated in the PARTS AFRICA dance exchange project in Dakar, Senegal at Ecole des Sables. Waridi Projects Nairobi is a dance collective based in Nairobi that offers trainings to dancers as well as networking opportunities for artistic collaborations with local and international artists and companies.

Sunday Israel Akpan is a dancer, choreographer, singer, and photographer from Nigeria. He has worked with several choreographers form both Africa and Europe.
The workshops will take place as open sharing sessions, and will conclude with presentations.
