Dear students,
Get ready for our next physical examinations.
Please familiarize yourself with the additional terms and conditions as below.
- Submit a scanned copy of your IC/Passport by email to info-kl@goethe.de 10 working days before examination date at the latest.
- Bring your original IC/Passport for identification by our invigilators. In case of difference in name between passport and identification card (for Malaysians only), please bring both original documents on the examination day.
- Bring your own food and drinks for the exam break.
- Punctually be at the institute 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
- Please take note that mobile devices will be collected by examiners before the exam and they will only be returned after they finish with the exam.
- You can find out the oral exam schedule by checking the list in the exam hall on the day of the exam.
- Take note* of your digital certificate download days:
- 16 May 2024 for 30 April 2024 exam
- 17 May 2024 for 2 May 2024 exam
- 20 May 2024 for 3 May 2024 exam

Please log in to your MyGoethe.de account at https://www.goethe.de/ins/my/en/index.html following the stated download days for your respective exam dates.
Under the Exam section, you will find the registered exam date upon keying in your Customer Number as stated in your Booking Confirmation/Teilnahmebestätigung.pdf.
The digital exam certificate is available for download and can be printed (in colour) by you directly.

Kindly be informed only candidates that passed the examination (or individual modules) will automatically receive the digital exam certificate.
