Wlada Kolosowa
(born 1987 in St. Petersburg, Russia), journalist.
Vlada Kolosova studied journalism in Berlin, creative writing in New York and has since worked as a freelance journalist for various media. In her first book Russland to go. Eine ungeübte Russin auf Reisen (2012), she explored her Russian heritage and travelled through the old homeland. Before publishing her debut novel Fliegende Hunde in 2018, she published two non-fiction books. In 2011, Wlada Klosowa was named one of the top 30 up-and-coming journalists by Medium magazine and received the Pushcart Prize in 2017 for the short story Taxidermy. She lives in Berlin.
