The Goethe-Institut in Pakistan offers weekly and monthly exam dates for German examinations in the cities of Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Here you will find information on when you can take a German exam, our exam locations and dates, and registration information. For questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Documents required on the exam day:

For Pakistani Nationals:

1. Original Passport
2. Printed PTN slip (Booking Confirmatoin)
3. Original CNIC

For Afghan Nationals:

1. Original Passport
2. Printed PTN slip (Booking Confirmatoin)
3. Original Tazkara (with English translation)
 
In case your passport is currently processed at an official site, such as the German consulate for instance, please bring the confirmation letter from the consulate / office to our registration office.

Exam registrations

We received over 8,000 registration attempts within the first minute of opening enrollment for our exam and courses, recently. Unfortunately, our current capacities are limited to a few hundred seats. We are actively working on expanding our resources to accommodate more of you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
