Frequently Askeq Questions

Course participants in the current courses can complete their courses from the 1st April 2020 together with a teacher in an online format. 

Online learning will consist of different phases:
  • You work on exercises, tasks, texts individually from home, guided and coordinated by your teacher
  • You process written submission tasks that are corrected by the teacher
  • You will meet the teacher and the other participants in online live phases where you communicate with each other either in the classroom via a forum or in a live chat/video chat application.

No, as long as the Instiute is closed, no exams will take place.
The courses cannot be rebooked, as we are offering them online. Only the examination fees can be rebooked.
If the course has already started you cannot withdraw from your course, as we are offering online classes.
All currently borrowed books/media are automatically renewed. Our free Onliehe (E-Library) is still available to you.
