In recent decades, news coverage has been presented on various screens, by various media outlets. The visual nature of each testimony, report, or sharing of information has become increasingly relevant and closer to each reader. If the expansion of image types, their transversality, and the progressive appreciation of visual programming reveal themselves to be a pendulum of narratives, in an era of easy manipulation, how can photojournalism intervene or resist? What role does photography play in an era of technological development that is light years ahead?

A talk with Bárbara Monteiro (Associação NARRATIVA), Fátima Lopes Cardoso (ESCS) and Reinaldo Rodrigues (Diário de Notícias), moderated by von Ana Sofia Paiva (ICNOVA / ObiMedia).
