Background
The Goethe-Institut Vietnam calls for proposals and collaboration from educators, groups and associations that address cultural education for young people. With this Open Call we would like to stimulate new collaborations between educators in the field of cultural education and schools or educational institutions.
We understand cultural education as personal development through cultural forms of expression, meaning the arts and play. Cultural education enables children and young people to relate to themselves and the world through play, art and culture.
The Goethe-Institut Vietnam promotes knowledge of the German language and cultivates international cultural cooperation. Our global network and our expertise both in culture and education make us an active collaborator in creating new learning experiences for a variety of audiences, e.g. children and young people.
We promote new ways of learning through innovative learning approaches in teaching and training, student-centeredness and meaningful communication.
Opportunity
We are looking for projects, ideas and innovative teaching methods to increase the cultural education and participation of young people from 6 to 25 through cultural activities. The Goethe-Institut Vietnam is open to new and cross-sectoral educational formats and cultural activities in the field of cultural education, not limited to genres.
We are also open to follow-up projects that we already supported last year if you have some new perspectives to continue your project.
If you, as an innovative and experienced player in the education system in Vietnam, would like to develop your idea into a project to be implemented in 2026 with the support and cooperation of the Goethe-Institut Vietnam, please apply to this call!
Please be advised that applications that already appear as a partnership with a school (any school form, within the Vietnamese school system, public or private, no international school) or educational institution will have better chances.
