Which technical requirements will I have to fulfill?

A Windows or Mac Desktop Computer or Laptop. We recommend to not use tablets, iPads, smart phones or other mobile devices for this course. Headphones with an integrated microphone. If you use the integrated (built-in) speakers and microphones of your device, echo-effects disruptive to you and your class mates are likely.

What happens with the booking for my course or exam, if the current situation persists or worsens?

In case of severe or extraordinary circumstances or a change in currently existing circumstances outside of the Goethe-Institut's means of control (such as Riots, war-like or terrorist activities, natural catastrophes, epidemics and so on), we reserve the right to offer an alteration of service (such as a change in time and/or place). In such a case we would provide an offer within a reasonable time with a request of confirmation if such an alternated service is agreeable to you or if you would like to resign from the contract. Should you choose to resign from the contract, we will refund any made payments (should parts of the service have already been provided, a partial refund will commence).
