Hanna Doose

Born in Cologne in 1979, Hanna Doose grew up in Schleswig-Holstein near the German-Danish border. After graduating from high school, she spent a year at the European Film College in Denmark. In 2001, she began her directing studies at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb). At the 2012 Munich Film Festival her graduation film, Dust on Our Hearts, received a German Cinema New Talent Award for Best Director and for Best Production as well as the Tele5 Audience Award.
