BADGES AND REGISTRATION
Please show your badge for admission to the events of the cultural symposium. You will receive your badge upon check-in at the Weimarhalle (19 June, 15-17 h) or at the information desk at the E-Werk (20 June from 09 h). Please have your badge ready at the entrance of the respective venue.

 
PUBLIC EVENT (Free entrance)
Selected events of the Kultursymposium will be free of charge and accessible without badge. However, please register in advance on our ticket page. For further details please see the program.

REGISTRATION FOR THE CULTURAL PROGRAM ON THURSDAY EVENING
Three evening events will take place on Thursday (20 June): The Circle, Huang Yi & KUKA as well as Das Blaue Sofa. Please pick one and register for participation upon check-in at the Weimarhalle or the E-Werk-Infodesk. Tickets are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.


CATERING
Catering is not included in the ticket price. However, there will be coffee, tea and water for all visitors. For catering hours and location please see the program.


EVENT LANGUAGES
Most events will be held bilingually (German/English). Simultaneous interpreting is being offered. Please get your earphones at the entrance of the venues. For further information on the languages of the respective event please see the programme.


INTERNET ACCESS
Free WiFi will be available for all participants on the festival grounds and in the Weimarhalle. You will find the access codes on posters at the venues.


APP
The Kultursymposium app offers a handy overview of all events. Users can also select favourites and generate their own conference schedule. The web app works offline and can be saved on the home
screen as an app icon. Get the App here.


DISCOVERING WEIMAR
With the Kultursymposium-Ticket you will receive free admission to all museums and facilities of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar from 19-21 June 2019. In addition to your visit to the Kultursymposium, you can also experience Weimarer Klassik, Modernity or Bauhaus.

Please note: With the participation in the event Kultursymposium Weimar (19.-21.06.) the Goethe Institute receives from the visitors without special compensation the exclusive, temporally and spatially unrestricted right to produce or commission the production of images and/or sound recordings of the visitors.
