WM Total!
The 2026 FIFA World Cup came to an exciting close with Spain defeating Argentina 1–0 in the final to become world champions. And also during WM Total!, the World Cup special edition of Bundesliga Total!, puzzles were solved, research was conducted, and excitement was shared until the very last game.
We warmly congratulate our winning teams:
In Group A (Mexico), FC Gelbe Enten wins with 58 points.
In Group B (USA), the Sidewinders reach 62 points, while Eintracht Bethel Park takes second place with 58 points.
In Group C (Canada), Fußball Meister wins with 60 points.
In Group D (Germany), FC Hoffi's secures first place with 62 points.
This means two teams share first place (Sidewinders and FC Hoffi's with 62 points each), one team takes second place (Fußball Meister with 60 points), and two teams share third place (FC Gelbe Enten and Eintracht Bethel Park with 58 points each). We are dividing the prizes accordingly and will contact all teams in the coming weeks!
A note: We did not count the tips for questions 7 & 8 of the quiz. Both referred to quarter-final matches that had already been played before the submission deadline (thanks for the tip to Jonas from South Forsyth High School!).
A big thank you to all students and teachers who participated with such enthusiasm. We hope you had as much fun as we did! And we hope to see you again in the fall for the next season of Bundesliga Total!

As in the regular Bundesliga version, each round includes three tasks:
3 questions about a World Cup video
Watch short highlight videos from World Cup matches and answer questions. Focus: listening comprehension, vocabulary, and understanding the game.
3 general soccer/World Cup questions
research questions about teams, players, host countries, and soccer knowledge.
Prediction game
Make your predictions for upcoming World Cup matches: goals, cards, fouls, and which teams will advance.
There are prizes to win!
Additional prizes include soccer balls, jerseys, and other soccer-themed surprises. The prizes will be awarded after the final round of WM Total!.
