Vincent Baumann (Clemens Schick), a ruthless insurance salesman, is part of the merciless system in control of Vienna, where the privileged are favoured and the masses are discarded. When he suddenly is demoted, Vincent fights hard, unwilling to accept that he has become a victim of the very corporations he so ferociously represented. But in the process, he discovers an alternative — resistance. Coming 13 years after his feature debut Kaltfront (2003), director Valentin Hitz paints a haunting yet visually striking picture of what possibly lies before us in this dystopian science fiction film, made complete with a thrilling portrayal by Clemens Schick.

Clemens Schick is a guest of the Film Fest.
