The works that are created throughout the project will premiere December 11 and 12 in the Muffathalle in Munich as part of the concert series musica viva, which is produced by the Bayerischer Rundfunk (Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation). They will be performed by Ensemble Modern under the conduction of Peter Eötvös and, subsequently, can be experienced in Frankfurt (22.1.2013+2.2.2013), Budapest (11.+12.10.2013), Warsaw (22.+23.9.2013) and Riga (4.+5.10.2013).
Before the premiere, there was a discussion matinée on December 9, 11 a.m. in the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts, on the topic Where from? Where to? Myths, nation, identities in Central Eastern Europe, with Vinko Globokar (born 1934, Slovene composer and trombone player), Michal Hvorecký (born 1976, Slovak writer), Karl Schlögel (born 1948, German Eastern-Europe-historian und essayist), Miroslav Srnka (born 1975, Czech composer) and with presenter Ilma Rakusa (born 1946 in Slovakia, now living in Switzerland, writer), organized by the Goethe-Institut, the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts and the musica viva concert series by the Bayerischer Rundfunk.
